"Nothing" All is very true. Villa Rosa must be the best in Lanzarote and trust us we have stayed in quite a few and will most definitely be coming back. Josh you are a true Gent and made us feel at home within a minute of arriving. When he says nothing is too much trouble he really means it. On arrival Josh was friendly and welcoming instantly putting us at ease. The Villa is well stocked with loads of storage for clothes etc! A real home from home. The kids loved the pool as did we. This was our 5th visit to Costa Teguise and Villa Rosa was easily the best accommodation we have stayed in. We can't wait to come back.

The Villa's location was ideal when travelling with two small children. Internally we had everything we needed for a "Home from Home" The swimming pool has been a bid hit and ensured long afternoon naps - giving us time to soak up the sun. Our 4th holiday in Costa Teguise, but our 1st time at villa rosa, which is definitely the best accommodation we have found in the resort. All of our needs were met. I doubt whether there is a better location anywhere in Costa Teguise. We greatly appreciated the welcome from Josh & the knowledge that he was never far away if we needed help, but we also enjoyed the privacy throughout our stay. From Sean & Laura. Had an amazing time, fantastic Villa. Didn't think there would be much to do around here at first glance but we have had an adventure thanks to the activities such as Snorkelling which was fantastic as was the tour of the Volcanic Mountains etc. Loved the pool. We didn't spend much time in the Villa but when we did it was most certainly in the pool. Thanks for providing fantastic facilities for us all.

Stayed in Costa Teguise many times - this Villa is by far the best. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool. Weather 100%. Brilliant information pack with places to go and see. Welcome pack was very handy with cool drinks in the fridge on arrival!! We recommend the use of Canal Travel for transfers. Recommended by Josh, this saved at least an hour waiting in the huge Taxi queue! Josh met us on arrival at the Villa and was most helpful with tips on where to go etc. Very pleasant person!! We are already consulting our diaries, trying to fit in another visit. Highly recommended

Costa Teguise Restaurants, El Patio, La Ola, Portabello * Vesuvio all recommended. Finish the night in Ches Pas in the square. Drinks for next to nothing & games for the kids. We'll be back.

Villa Rosa has had everything that we could wish for, even the Bookcase has been very useful. As for eating out, without doubt the best place to eat for us has been the "Portobello", go left at the bottom of the road, down the hill and across the bridge, bear right toward the Shopping Mall (small) and it's down the alleyway. The location is fantastic with everything within a few minutes walk. All the equipment in the villa is very high spec. and the whole place spotlessly clean. Caitlin loved the swimming pool, perfect for a 6 month old!

We recommend trying "El Patio" in the square. They do Pizza, Pasta, Meat & Fish - the children's pizzas are as huge as the adults. Very child friendly. Also recommend a visit to the Aquarium which is not by Playa Bastian any more it has moved to 5minutes from the Villa.. 12 Euros per adult & 8 Euros for over 2's - so not cheap but well worth it. Our 4 year old & nearly 2 year old loved it. Huge tanks, lots to see and plenty of space for small people to run around shouting "Fish! Fish!" for an hour! We have had a fantastic holiday and have already booked to come back to the villa in October."

I can only add to the praise for Josh. He's one of the most genuine people we have met who will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Take time to quiz him about the places Tourists don't often go to, for example, take your kids to Puerto Calero, see the Marina and feed the fish. We were also lucky enough to see a real Fiesta; again Josh gave good advice. Josh was kind enough to partner me at Golf on what has to be the most challenging course I have played. All in all we had a fantastic time made more special by the Villa and Josh's kindness. Relax and enjoy your stay! p.s. The kids loved Josh and he loved them.

Have you ever booked a foreign holiday from a brochure because it looks good in the picture but from then on you are a bit concerned in case it isn't what you had hoped for (photo's can lie) and when you arrive (knackered) your worries are confirmed, it's a bit frayed at the corners and not as clean as you would like.
Well, let me offer a suggestion for your next holiday - get in touch with Josh and Ros Morris who have a villa in Lanzarote. We have just returned from spending a week there and give it 5 stars for quality and cleanliness.
Josh and Ros have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that it has everything, and more, that you could possibly need. A welcome pack means that you do not need to dash off to the shops for victuals as soon as you arrive, they even ask for your music tastes so as to have a selection of C.D's for the music system - ideal for an evening in whilst around the BBQ. The villa has a private pool - ideal for 'backward swimmers' before 'brekkers' on the patio.

Hi Ros and Josh Just to say thank you for letting us stay in your villa last week. It's a lovely place and we enjoyed the week of relaxing and unwinding. It had everything we needed to make our visit a comfortable one, with the added bonus of having a private pool for swimming and cooling down in each day.

We stayed at the Villa Rosa with another couple at the end of April 2005. We were all very impressed with the high standard of furnishings and fittings throughout the villa and the welcome pack ensured we were able to relax with a drink as soon as we arrived from the airport. The pool is great and the location ideal being a short walk from the beaches. Ros and Josh were very helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good holiday and had everything we needed. I would recommend this villa to anyone and the next time we go to Lanzarote we will definitely book to stay in the Villa Rosa again
