Faultless facilities, excellent location and great support and friendship from Josh - add in perfect weather, yet again, and one couldn't ask for anything more. If anything the resort seems to have improved since our last visit with more excellent eating places to choose from. The pool at the Villa and the magnificent beach/sea are equally enticing. We would recommend Villa Rosa without hesitation.

Was a really nice touch to be welcomed in person by Josh who was only too happy to spend time with us and explain everything regarding the Villa. We had a problem with the TV on the second day and within one hour Josh was here with a replacement. The English bar to the left of Don Tango was a great beers stop at 1.50 euro on the way back from the centre. We had a good breakfast at Henneseys and a fabulous meal at Las Maretas. Excellent value for excellent food. A great holiday has been had by all of us and the villa was a great find. Thanks again and I'm sure you'll be seeing us again. (Ha! and you said you wouldn't put any comments in the book so that too many people wouldn't find us so you could always get a booking! Thanks - Josh & Ros)

I don't know how I found this gem on The Internet, but glad I did. Excellent in all categories. First time we haven't done a package deal & have loved it. Will definitely come again. Lucy got confident in the water, be it on the last day. Ben loved the pool. El Patio on the square is excellent. Good breakfast at the Highlander. Credit to both Josh & Ros. This is a lovely Villa. Have taken some leaflets home. x

After reading all the other comments we thought "Can it really be that good!" The answer is a definite YES! The Villa is a lovely clean and well equipped one. It is idealy located for shops, sea-front and Restaurants but is still lovely and quiet. We will have no hesitation in coming here again and hope to see Josh & Ros very soon.

The swimming pool was perfect for the children. Our 3rd time in Costa Teguise (great for kids & good Restaurants & bars for us without the noise of the late night party goers). First time in this Villa and would come again. Fave Restaurant is El Patio, Fave breakfast haunt is Henneseys. The Lighthouse is great for evening entertainment as always, with live acts most nights - Lucy Loves Elvis!

Villa is in a perfect location handy for a stroll to the beach & all the Restaurants. Our favourite for breakfast was Henessey's - what could be nicer than having breakfast overlooking the sea! The Villa has everything & the pool is so warm the best I have ever been in (I hate the cold water). Would recommend Villa to anyone.

We booked for a week but stayed longer due to the Volcano. Without Josh we would have been lost. He allowed us to stay in the Villa until the next Family/Group arrived and has been a source of information about the outside world. The surroundings, the quality of the Villa and Josh's sense of humour have kept us sane. Definitely recommend the Villa & the resort (which we have visited many times). Only advice would be to watch out for Volcanos (The ones in Iceland not in Lanzarote). p.s. Just been out side and got hit on the head by a frozen Pizza, Lasagne, Black Forest Gateaux & a Garlic Baguette............... Must be the fallout from Iceland.

By far the best & most welcoming Villa we have stayed in. Ross & Josh are a very nice couple and very helpful. Whenever we saw Josh he always had a story to tell you, (Very interesting Man). We wanted this to be a special holiday for us as we both celebrated our 60th birthdays. Ross & Josh helped in making this happen. We have both had a great time. Go to El Patio for gorgeous food and excellent service. Recommend chicken & chips on child's menu and Lasagne on adults menu. Beach is very nice but get there earlyish as it fills quickly. Weather very nice we spent lots of time in the pool. El Patio very good the people are very nice and quickly served. It has been a nice 2 weeks.

We were very lucky with the weather following the bad Winter; Just what we needed. We enjoyed "Rock Pooling" in the late afternoons every evening (Best sun of the day). Enjoyed "Casa Blanca" "Navarro (In Playa Bastian area) and "El Bogadito" (For traditional food) Best English Breakfast is at "The British Cafe" in the square. Extra things for Emily (Aged 2) have made a big difference e.g. Pushchair, Paddling Pool, Beach Toys. We've all loved the pool and spacious, secluded patio area and don't want to go back to sharing at hotels now! Restaurants we'd recommend are: "La Orla (for lunch by the beach) Don Tango, Portabello and Maretas. We hope to be back one day - Thank you.

Josh welcomed us at 10.00pm in the evening! and made us very at home. Pool was great fun and it was a big hit with Gemma who spent ages in the water. Josh was always on hand if needed and even gave us a lift to the Waterpark..
This is our 2nd visit to Costa Teguise and find it very relaxing, even at peak time. Lovely people, very friendly resort & good food. We ate at Mastil, El Patio, Lani's & La pardela, and mostly at The Slow Boat Chinese opposite The Galeon Playa on the main street (Not the one just around the corner. Food is excellent and Staff are very friendly too!
Hopefully, this will not be our last visit here, so thank you Josh for a lovely stress free two weeks. They are few and far between! All the very bet wishes for your future health" "Thank You"

"Nothing" All is very true. Villa Rosa must be the best in Lanzarote and trust us we have stayed in quite a few and will most definitely be coming back. Josh you are a true Gent and made us feel at home within a minute of arriving. When he says nothing is too much trouble he really means it. On arrival Josh was friendly and welcoming instantly putting us at ease. The Villa is well stocked with loads of storage for clothes etc! A real home from home. The kids loved the pool as did we. The Villa's location was ideal when travelling with two small children. Our 4th holiday in Costa Teguise, but our 1st time at villa rosa, which is definitely the best accommodation we have found in the resort. All of our needs were met. I doubt whether there is a better location anywhere in Costa Teguise. We greatly appreciated the welcome from Josh & the knowledge that he was never far away if we needed help, but we also enjoyed the privacy throughout our stay. We will be back, I’m sure- nil satis nisi optimum!

Didn't think there would be much to do around here at first glance but we have had an adventure thanks to the activities such as Snorkelling which was fantastic as was the tour of the Volcanic Mountains etc. Loved the pool. We recommend trying "El Patio" in the square. They do Pizza, Pasta, Meat & Fish - the children's pizzas are as huge as the adults. Very child friendly. Also recommend a visit to the Aquarium which is not by Playa Bastian any more it has moved to 5minutes from the Villa.. 12 Euros per adult & 8 Euros for over 2's - so not cheap but well worth it. Our 4 year old & nearly 2 year old loved it. Huge tanks, lots to see and plenty of space for small people to run around shouting "Fish! Fish!" for an hour! We have had a fantastic holiday and have already booked to come back to the villa in October."

I can only add to the praise for Josh. He's one of the most genuine people we have met who will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Take time to quiz him about the places Tourists don't often go to, for example, take your kids to Puerto Calero, see the Marina and feed the fish. We were also lucky enough to see a real Fiesta; again Josh gave good advice. Josh was kind enough to partner me at Golf on what has to be the most challenging course I have played. Have you ever booked a foreign holiday from a brochure because it looks good in the picture but from then on you are a bit concerned in case it isn't what you had hoped for (photo's can lie) and when you arrive (knackered) your worries are confirmed, it's a bit frayed at the corners and not as clean as you would like.
Well, let me offer a suggestion for your next holiday - get in touch with Josh and Ros Morris who have a villa in Lanzarote. We have just returned from spending a week there and give it 5 stars for quality and cleanliness.
Josh and Ros have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that it has everything, and more, that you could possibly need. A welcome pack means that you do not need to dash off to the shops for victuals as soon as you arrive, they even ask for your music tastes so as to have a selection of C.D's for the music system - ideal for an evening in whilst around the BBQ. The villa has a private pool - ideal for 'backward swimmers' before 'brekkers' on the patio.

Hi Ros and Josh Just to say thank you for letting us stay in your villa last week. It's a lovely place and we enjoyed the week of relaxing and unwinding. It had everything we needed to make our visit a comfortable one, with the added bonus of having a private pool for swimming and cooling down in each day.

We stayed at the Villa Rosa with another couple at the end of April 2005. We were all very impressed with the high standard of furnishings and fittings throughout the villa and the welcome pack ensured we were able to relax with a drink as soon as we arrived from the airport. The pool is great and the location ideal being a short walk from the beaches. Ros and Josh were very helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good holiday and had everything we needed. I would recommend this villa to anyone and the next time we go to Lanzarote we will definitely book to stay in the Villa Rosa again
